By creating an account or using Sticker, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Account Registration
You must sign in using a valid GitHub account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API token. You must not share your API token with unauthorized parties.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of the stickers and code you upload to Sticker. By publishing content, you grant Sticker a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and make your content available through the platform and its API, including through AI tool integrations.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload content that is malicious, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates applicable laws. You must not abuse the API, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or interfere with the platform's operation.
5. Intellectual Property
The Sticker platform, its design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Sticker. Stickers shared on the platform are owned by their respective creators unless otherwise specified.
6. API and MCP Access
Your personal API token grants access to sticker data through our API and MCP endpoints. This access is provided for personal and professional use within AI-assisted development tools. Automated scraping or bulk downloading beyond normal usage is prohibited.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
8. Disclaimer
Sticker is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of user-submitted stickers. Use all code at your own risk.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
